Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Take responsibility for operations, staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support
  • Function as a control systems design lead and take responsibility for production on projects
  • Administer section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections
  • Be involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews
  • Implement and monitor company policy, select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel
  • Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts
  • Coordinate the work of the control systems design team through project development phases and assist with capturing additional controls design and systems integration work
  • Write and edit control systems specifications, select equipment and monitoring/control devices, review electrical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines, and coordinate with affected disciplines for changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, good leadership and organizational skills, and an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

The expected compensation range for this position depends on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. The salary for this position is $113,400 - $162,000 per year, depending on the location.
