Warehouse Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Handler to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of packages, documents, and supplies within our warehouse facilities.

• Provide movement of packages, documents, and supplies in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing effective scanning and loading methods.
• May occasionally drive DOT-sized vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in training programs.

• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours, bend and squat for designated work hours, and maneuver packages above shoulder level.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders if required at work location.
• Able to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training and communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations and must meet qualifications as outlined in Section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Non-covered safety sensitive position.
• Medical exam required.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
