Department Operations Coordinator

Role OverviewThis role is an exciting opportunity to support the operational needs of our department, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, routing calls, and resolving compliance-related issues.
- Upload documents and accurately enter data into various systems, including Tracer and CMS.
- Maintain accurate records, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
- Support training and certification programs, as well as procedural updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a clerical or administrative setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, preferably gained through experience in a healthcare environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
We provide a competitive salary, approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
