Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearth Installation Specialist to join our team at Fire N' Stone.

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing hearth and chimney systems, performing inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$85,000 per year, based on skill level and efficiency. Our workweek is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Install hearth and chimney systems, including stoves and fireplaces
  • Perform thorough inspections of chimneys and hearth appliances
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with our services
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in the hearth and/or chimney industry, preferably with installation and inspection expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • The ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders safely
  • CSIA and NFI certifications, although not required initially, are a plus for ongoing employment
