LPN - Ambulatory Medicine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our Ambulatory Medicine Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting
• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by physicians
• Perform phlebotomy and vital signs
• Room patients and prepare them for exams
• Assist physicians with procedures and exams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
• NYS LPN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory experience
• Acute care and nursing home experience a plus
• BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
