As a Seasonal Retail Service Team Member at Michaels Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, helping customers find products and solutions to their needs.
  • Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
  • Assist customers with cash handling, Rewards program enrollments, and Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
  • Participate in Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, and execute Company policies and standards.
  • Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.

Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout the store and lift heavy boxes.
  • Access to high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
