Ambitious GI Specialist Opportunity in St. Peters

We are seeking an experienced and skilled gastroenterologist to join our team at the brand new Ambulatory Service Center located on the campus of Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management, leadership, and patient care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the medical care of patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care and ensure timely and effective treatment
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals
Requirements:
- Board eligible or board certified in gastroenterology
- 2-5 years of experience in gastroenterology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certification in Internal Medicine preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- $250,000 - $350,000 annual salary, depending on experience
