Proctor Telehealth Specialist

This part-time role involves configuring, maintaining, securing, and monitoring the usage of telehealth equipment in schools. The successful candidate will orient and train school staff, students, and families on equipment usage while liaising with IT staff, therapists, and school staff to schedule and maintain telehealth sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuring, maintaining, securing, and monitoring the usage of telehealth equipment in schools.
• Orienting and training school staff, students, and families on equipment usage.
• Liaising with IT staff, therapists, and school staff to schedule and maintain telehealth sessions.
• Collecting and reporting data to the Data Coordinator as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BA/BS degree.
• At least 1 year of experience using technology-based platforms and equipment functionality.

We also expect you to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate via multiple channels.
