About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Equity Trader to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our trading desk, you will be responsible for executing orders from portfolio managers and analysts across our US book of business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Execute equity transactions using a combination of high-touch and low-touch execution methods.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to identify and execute investment opportunities.
- Analyze market, sector, and security information to identify actionable investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our investment philosophies and strategies.
- Identify and pursue new trading relationships and opportunities.
- Monitor and improve trading efficiency and risk management practices.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant trading experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
