Job Title: CT Technologist

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to perform a variety of imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT scanning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients using prescribed techniques and protocols
  • Review requisitions to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Adjust equipment and select appropriate technical factors to produce optimal radiographic exposure
  • Utilize standard positioning techniques to obtain optimal diagnostic images
  • Perform scanning procedures of various organs to localize site of pathological process
  • Document administration of contrast and scans paperwork into Cerner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist
  • Required experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
  • Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, and PET/CT
  • BLS and AART certification
