Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary, up to $126,700, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Job Description

As a licensed psychologist, you will see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. You will be part of a team that values partnership, adaptability, and quality care. You will also have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles or supervisors and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia: Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD). You should be licensed and living in the state where you will practice. You should also be willing to commit to self-guided note completion within 24 hours and demonstrate strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, and adaptability.
