Pest Control Technician Job Description

As an Orkin Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pest control services to our valued customers. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective pest control services to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • No prior pest control experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment.
