Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient safety by utilizing the five rights, preventing falls, and preventing nosocomial infections.
- Provide education to patients and families on medication management, pain control, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum six (6) months of experience required in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
