About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Specialty Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensure: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date required; Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Certification: Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 based on location and experience. This amount may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
