Your Role

We offer competitive pay rates, with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist;
  • Implementing treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive device training;
  • Educating patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence;
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions;
  • Collaborating with Physical Therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida;
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab setting;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills;
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care;
  • Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
