Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at Generis Tek Inc.


Job Summary

This is a contract role for a System Administrator to work with our client in Salem, OR. The successful candidate will have 6+ months of experience in systems administration and will be responsible for managing remote access, cloud infrastructure, virtual servers, and more.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support group policies and secure configurations
  • Manage and support virtual servers, desktops, and other endpoints
  • Enable and support Public Key Infrastructure environment
  • Design, install, manage, and upgrade Secure FTP infrastructure
  • Research, innovate, and automate system administration
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of Windows Infrastructure

Requirements

  • 6 years of information systems experience in systems administration
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Windows environment, including Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, MS 365, and Azure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (remote and in-office) work environment
