Esthetics Instructor

Blue Cliff College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the art and science of esthetics, including skincare, makeup, and hair removal techniques.

• Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics courses, including lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Teach esthetics courses to students, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students.
• Develop and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education program.

• Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board, required.
• Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License required.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician and be familiar with all aspects of the industry.
• Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in the following areas: facials, eyebrow arching and hair removal, make-up, and manicuring and pedicuring.
