Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at a locally owned and operated Dunkin' franchise. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking and preparing high-quality baked goods for our customers.

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
• Ensure that all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all areas of the bakery are running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience working in a bakery or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
