About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from physical injuries or conditions and improving their quality of life.
">About the Job
">The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with experience in developing and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients. You will work closely with physicians and clinical teams to obtain patient information and revise treatment plans as necessary.
">You will be responsible for instructing and assisting patients in non-manual exercises, administering manual therapeutic exercises, and maintaining daily progress notes. Your ability to provide feedback and education to patients on their progress and treatment plan will be essential in ensuring their optimal recovery.
">Responsibilities

- Develops and Implements Rehabilitation Programs: Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients in accordance with physician's plan of treatment.">
- Collaborates with Physicians and Clinical Team: Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to obtain patient information and revise treatment plans as necessary.">
- Instructs and Assists Patients: Instructs and assists patients in non-manual exercises, and administers manual therapeutic exercises.">
- Maintains Daily Progress Notes: Maintains daily progress notes and follows Company documentation procedures.">
- Provides Feedback and Education: Provides feedback and education to patients on their progress and treatment plan.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.">
- Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.">
- Licenses/Certifications: Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.">
