We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients and their families. As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support during their most vulnerable times.
Key Responsibilities- To provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- To provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current state license as a registered nurse and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
- The ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 pounds.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and years of experience.
