Maintenance Porter

Your primary responsibilities will include performing maintenance and cleaning tasks, interacting with customers, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with painting and other tasks as directed by the facility manager.
• Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance and exit ramps as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the facility manager.
• Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction and the Five Customer Service Behaviors to ensure successful customer interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required if driving a company vehicle.
