We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our 48-unit facility. This includes cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and laundry services.

  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces">
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and community spaces">
  • Operate commercial laundry equipment to clean and fold linens and clothing">

Schedule and Relocation

This is a full-time position, working Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4:30pm. Ability to relocate to Anchorage, AK is required before starting work.

Salary Range

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $36,000 - $45,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an average 52-week year.
