Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Development Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of product development projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet market needs and company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the product development process from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on track with time, budget, and goals.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to align product development schedules with market needs and company objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and manage resources to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays.
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress.
  • Keep all project documents organized and accessible for the teams involved.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth product transitions from development to production and distribution.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance after launch and use the insights to improve future products.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to keep the development process competitive and innovative.
Location and Work Environment

This is a contracted position, performed remotely.

Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
