About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to oversee patient care and develop personalized plans in our healthcare setting. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisors
Requirements
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
  • Home health experience
  • Knowledge in Kinnser
Salary and Benefits
