Job Title: Certified Hand Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy in Pasadena, TX.

Job Summary:

The Certified Hand Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with hand and upper extremity injuries or conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hand therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity injuries or conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in hand therapy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
