Job Overview

At Network Human Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Direct Support Professional Supervisor to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of resident care and routine residence maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff when the Manager is absent and providing guidance to weekend and overnight staff.

Responsibilities

The Direct Support Professional Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Staff supervision and training
  • Medication administration and management
  • Crisis intervention and support
  • Electronic health record management
  • Participant recreational activities and programming

Availability

The supervisor will work varying shifts, including:

Tuesday: 11am-8pm

Wednesday: 1:30pm-8pm

Thursday: 1:30pm-8pm

Friday: 1:30pm-8pm

Saturday: 6am-2pm

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 36.5 hours of work per week.
