NexTitle Companies is a fast-growing title and escrow company with multiple offices across the Pacific Northwest.

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As an Escrow Officer at NexTitle, you will be responsible for building relationships and closing deals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare HUDs, deeds, and other closing documents
  • Evaluate contracts and lead teams to ensure seamless transactions
  • Input and validate data to ensure accurate final calculations and loan information
  • Review and address title issues prior to closing
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of escrow processes and title clearing requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Benefits:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license preferred
  • 3+ years of escrow closing experience
