Exciting Opportunity at Goldfish Swim School

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Water Sports Coach to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Swimming Lessons Instructor, you will play a key role in teaching children of all ages and skill levels how to swim.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality swimming lessons using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
  • Develop confident and capable swimmers through positive reinforcement and encouragement
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents in the pool area
  • Help create a fun and engaging experience for our swimmers, families, and staff

Requirements:

  • High energy level and a passion for working with children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Prior experience with children is preferred, but not required

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to $19.00 per hour, based on specialty training
  • Paid training, including lifeguard and safety certifications
  • Flexible hours and a supportive work environment
  • The opportunity to specialize in infant lessons, special needs lessons, or swim team coaching
  • Free swim lessons for your family members after 3 months of employment
