Outdoor Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outdoor Business Manager to join our team in the Kansas City area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, positively and enthusiastically greeting customers, identifying needs, and selling car wash services, memberships, and other services.
- Effectively manage daily operations, including coordinating store production, staffing, and maintaining high service standards.
- Provide daily direction and coaching to employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
- Current and valid driver's license
- Associate's degree or higher (or current college senior) OR at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality settings
- Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekends and holidays)
- At least 16 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Paid Time Off (PTO) - up to 12 days earned in the first year

Our competitive salary is estimated to be around $61,167 per year, with opportunities for advancement and career growth. You will be based in the Kansas City area, working at one of our four locations: Leawood, Overland Park North, Overland Park South, or State Line/KC MO.
