About the Role

The Sales Development Representative at Michael Page is a challenging and stimulating career opportunity that offers personal and professional growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Hunting new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Managing the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
  • Managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Building close partnerships with clients and helping their business grow by developing and delivering solutions for attracting candidates
  • Conducting in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants across the office
  • Having an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiating Commercial Terms of business and rates
