iRhythm is a leading digital healthcare company focused on the clinical diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias. Our goal is to provide first-line ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients at risk for arrhythmias.
About this role
We are seeking a Cardiac Technician with strong cardiac recognition and interpretation skills. This role requires a strong PC proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner, or other specialty requiring ECG interpretation. Additionally, they will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and intermediate level PC proficiency. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and have a positive attitude and team player mentality.
Key Responsibilities
• Review patient's ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness.
• Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by notifying physicians as required according to physician notification protocol.
• Perform 100% of the quality assurance behind the final report delivered to the physician.
• Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including CCT certification.
• Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills.
