Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Jim Hudson Lexus. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of general accounting and clerical support tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Post, code, and write monthly and daily payable checks
  • Reconcile schedules and balance statements
  • Handle receivables, stock new car invoices from the factory, and retail/wholesale deal posting
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of chart of accounts, expense accounts, and accrued accounts
  • Attention to detail and organized work habits
  • Good communication and listening skills, with a professional appearance and positive attitude
