As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals. You will work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist team to ensure optimal patient progress and develop personalized plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management to promote independence and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure seamless communication.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certifications
• Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
