As a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technician, you will perform a variety of technical and patient-oriented duties during cardiovascular procedures, including cardiac catheterization, pacemaker insertions, arteriograms, venograms, digital subtractions, vascular studies, nephrostograms, angioplasty, and other related studies.

Equipment utilized may include monitoring equipment, surgical instruments, cardiac output machines, pulse oximeters, ECG machines, intra-aortic balloon pumps, cine film processors, and viewers.

You will perform invasive procedures, ECGs, monitor patients during procedures, prepare test results and data for review, and assist with pre and post-procedure management of patients according to Lab guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
One (1) year of cardiovascular lab experience preferred.
Current radiologic technologist licensure in the State of Maryland.
Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
Current CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Certified Interventional Technologist (CIT) preferred.
IV certification by HCGH within ninety (90) days of hire date.
