Job Summary

Ryder is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minster, Ohio. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
  • Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, and other documents.
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work using health and safety methods.
