Dining Ambassador

We are seeking a Dining Ambassador to join our team at The City Square Steakhouse in Wooster, OH. As a Dining Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor.
2. Be attentive to the door and ensure every guest is greeted in a friendly and timely manner.
3. Organize guest seating to balance the workload between available servers and bartenders.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
