Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of the Enterprise Holdings team, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, reservations, and rate quotes. You will provide information and resolution to customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors. Your excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
