About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at AccentCare, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional home health care to our patients.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing care plans, communicating with patients and their families, and providing education on basic home safety and medical equipment usage.

This is a per-visit position, offering a competitive salary range of $90k-$110k based on years of experience. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of annual compensation.

What You Will Do
  • Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to patients, Physical Therapists, and physicians.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment usage.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • A valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
  • Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • A licensed driver able to travel to all business locations.
