We are a growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth, develop strong relationships with clients, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Responsibilities:**

    • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and marketing efforts
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
    • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, including changes in insurance policies and regulations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

    • Valid insurance license (candidates must be willing to obtain if not already licensed)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
