Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Representative at Orangetheory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. This includes greeting guests with enthusiasm and energy, answering phones and responding to inquiries, giving studio tours, selling memberships, and following up with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet everyone who enters the studio
  • Answer phones and respond to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours to potential clients
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for advancement and professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
