LPN - Urology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urology team at Indiana University Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
