The Role

This critical position bridges the gap between advanced statistical knowledge and its practical application in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of our data analysis product, EngineRoom, while providing guidance on statistical methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers to evaluate and enhance statistical features in our software products.
• Provide guidance on valuable tools and algorithms for practitioners in the field.
• Assist in prototyping or refining algorithms to optimize statistical computations.
• Support content development by offering advanced statistical insights.
• Engage directly with customers to offer expertise on Lean Six Sigma project reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in statistics and Lean Six Sigma.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in applied statistics, preferably in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of statistical tools and techniques commonly used in Lean Six Sigma.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
