Job Title: Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Therapist to join our team at Youth Villages. As a Family Therapist, you will work with at-risk youth and their families to provide intensive treatment and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry a caseload of 4-5 families and provide individualized treatment plans for each case.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of treatment progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Document all sessions within a pre-established cycle time and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide on-call availability to clients during the week and rotate on-call availability on weekends.
  • Drive up to 60-80 miles to meet with families in their homes and provide treatment in a wide array of settings and communities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field of study, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • One year of full-time experience working with at-risk youth and their families.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
