Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Mentor and train nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • RN license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
