About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Charlotte, TN. As a homecare nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collections, analyzes, and interprets data from healthcare professionals to identify potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Develops and implements individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
  • Collaborates with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Performs interventions according to identified priorities and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior RN experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits
