Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while managing the administrative processes of the hotel. This includes handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
  • Basic English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a hotel or related field
  • Brand knowledge and experience
