Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
