We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team in Columbia, MS. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in providing nurturing care and stability to children in critical moments of their lives.

Job Summary

We offer flexible day and night shifts to accommodate your schedule, allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your needs. Whether you prefer working in facilities or providing in-home care, we support your goals and provide the resources needed to excel in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities to promote growth and development.
  • Provide comfort, companionship, and compassionate care to our clients.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a nurturing environment for children.
  • Support children in MDCPS custody by providing stability and care during challenging times.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (if applicable).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude, independence, and basic computer skills.
