Clinical Registered Nurses play a vital role in providing exceptional care to residents at Bethesda Health. As a dedicated member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and documenting residents' health status while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and document all significant changes in resident condition.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans.
  • Prioritize critical thinking and crisis management skills to address unexpected situations effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families regarding care plans and any changes.

Skill Requirements:
  • Education from an accredited nursing program resulting in a registered nurse degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the state where employed.
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Long-term care experience is highly desirable.
  • Maintain composure during challenging situations such as family disputes, staff conflicts, or inclement weather.
