As a Customer Experience Director for the Royal Caribbean Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury hospitality in the cruise industry. We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team and spearhead initiatives that drive unparalleled guest satisfaction.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-centric roles, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is required. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for someone who can analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. This includes but is not limited to: optimizing onboard revenue streams, streamlining communication channels, and ensuring seamless operational execution across various departments.

The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with internal and external partners to implement new training programs, services, and initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with external vendors to source innovative solutions and products that meet guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to team members.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on key performance indicators and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
